Privacy Policy

This website, enseigner.ai, is operated by ENSEIGNER OI TECH LTD, a Private Company incorporated under the DIFC Companies Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2018), registered number 11578, with its registered office at Unit IH-00-01-02-OF-01, Level 2, Innovation Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ENSEIGNER OI TECH LTD.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy under the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020). For any privacy question or request, email privacy@enseigner.ai.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Our privacy contact above handles all data protection matters, and we review this decision whenever our processing changes.

We collect only what we need:

• Enquiry details you type into our contact form: name, business email, company, country, phone number (optional), area of interest and your message, plus a record that you confirmed you had read this policy and whether you asked for news and updates.
• Email correspondence when you write to us or reply to us.
• Technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver and protect the site, and our analytics count visits in aggregate without cookies (see section 3).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or biometrics). Please do not include it in your message.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies and does not identify you; visits are counted using a short-lived value that is discarded after 24 hours. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some images on this site are currently delivered by Unsplash, an image service, which receives your IP address and browser details when your browser loads them. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. It is seen only by:

• Our EOTL team, who read and answer enquiries.
• ENSEIGNER PRIVATE LIMITED (India), a company in our group, only when our team needs its help to answer your enquiry, under an intra-group data sharing agreement.
• Service providers who process data for us under contract: website hosting and analytics (Vercel Inc.), our email hosting and email delivery services, and, if we start using one, a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Authorities or advisers where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Our service providers and group company may process data outside the DIFC, including in India, the United States and other countries where their infrastructure is located. Where a country is not recognised as providing adequate protection under DIFC law, we use appropriate safeguards, such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more detail at privacy@enseigner.ai.

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case contract records are kept for as long as the law requires.
• News and updates consent: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
• Technical and security logs: a short period, normally no more than 90 days.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access)
• correct inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data
• delete your data
• restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it, including for direct marketing
• give you your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before

We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

To make a request, email privacy@enseigner.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within one month; if a request is complex, we may need up to two more months and will tell you why.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commissioner of Data Protection, DIFC (difc.com). If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with its own data protection authority, you can also contact that authority.

This website does not currently use artificial intelligence to read, sort or answer your enquiry; our team handles it. If we add an AI assistant to the website (for example ENSEIGNER ISNAD), it will be clearly labelled, you will be told when you are interacting with AI, a person will remain available, and this section will explain what the assistant does with your data before it goes live.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS and encrypted email connections), access limited to people who need it, strong authentication on our systems, and checks on the service providers we use. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data and the law requires it, we will notify you and the Commissioner of Data Protection.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The version number and “last updated” date at the top always show the current version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will highlight it on this page.
